Each Campotel employee is highly trained to complete work and operations specific to each project and client standards. Campotel recognizes and believes that training is a key to providing our clients with excellent service and ensuring that our employees work in and maintain a safe environment.

LEADERSHIP

Our training and operations best practices are continually refined by our leadership team. This allows us to achieve solutions that are efficient, cost effective, capable of being implemented within client timelines.

 
 

CORE TRAINING

Core training includes the technical and safety issues for each critical task. All new hires receive initial training and orientation, and that initial training is complemented by regular periodic reviews of their progress and follow-up training as required.

 

SUPPORT

Each project is supported by a core group of professionals in the areas of Operations, Administration, Fleet, Safety, Human Resources, Accounting and Marketing. Each of these departments is dedicated to meeting client expectations and employee needs.
